Think of a session as a journey. You start in the conscious realm, discussing what's on the surface. As the conversation deepens, you dive into the subconscious, processing, and deciding what to keep and let go of.
But there's more. You'll teach clients to tap into their intuition, their inner guidance, and not just listen to it, but trust and act on it. Sometimes, to get there, inner work needs to be done, which is a part of this coaching journey.
