As empaths + sensitives we have a tendency to get overwhelmed easily. Sometimes we need to take a step back and do a quick meditation to calm ourselves down. We need to do this in order to be happy and healthy empath + sensitives!

In this video, I take you through a quick meditation to calm you down in a moment of panic, anxiety or overwhelm. If you're feeling overwhelmed or anxious, try this mantra and meditation and see if it works for you. It helps me to get out of an overwhelmed state and I hope it helps you too.
